I am really excited to try many new things in the solar oven. I find it exciting, in this technology filled world, to cook with nothing more than the power of the sun-an idea that just makes good sunse!
I was so impressed with this new appliance that I mentioned it in a recent post No. 29b on my blog. Hope that it generates some traffic for you. Good luck.
Very cool -but what do you do when it's a dark and rainy day?
What I would love to get is a solar grill or barbeque. Do you know if they have anything like that? I have an intense fear that I'll burn my house down with a regular barbeque.I know -silly, but true.
Glad to have been one of your earlier commenters on your new blog. Blogger has published a piece entitled, "Promoting Your Blog." It is a beginning, even though it is somewhat self-serving. The info is at least in one location. Go to http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=42377 .
Vikki's comment is intriguing, regarding a barbecue type of solar oven. I imagine that it would primarily require a different regulation of the heat generation. I'd be interested in recipes for fish. One of the commenters to my blog mentioned that the solar ovens are big in developing countries. Saves energy costs, cuts down on pollution, etc. Thanks for sharing.
Just posted an article within the last couple of days entitled "The Saudi Arabia of Solar Energy," in which you might be interested.

By the way, there is a blogging convention in Greensboro, NC on Thurs and Fri 0ct 16 and 17, and Sat Oct 18, BlogHer has its convention, specifically focused on women who blog.
I, too, am relatively new to blogging, since April. Just keep at it and you figure out what to do. Blogger is actually quite user friendly. Additionally, I went to the bookstore and read Blogging for Dummies to gain some tips. Good luck.
Cooking has long been my passion When suddenly faced with multiple food allergies, I decided to try to find ways to keep my limited diet fun and varied. I enjoy passing on recipes to others who enjoy new ways to cook.
